Twin toddlers die after found in truck outside their La. home


BOSSIER CITY, La. --- Three-year-old twins died Saturday after being found unresponsive in a pickup truck outside their home, according to Bossier City police. 

Police and fire personnel responded to the scene in Bossier City, La., just after 3 p.m on Saturday, according to a police news release.

Neighbors told police the children's mother, who was home at the time, had contacted them saying she was looking for the children. They then found the children, identified as Oliver and Aria Orr, in the truck a short time later and called 911.

Fire department personnel transported the children to Willis Knighton-Bossier where they were both pronounced deceased. The investigation into this incident remains ongoing. Autopsies will be conducted to determine the cause of the death.
