Bear spotted in Maryland walking upright, on hind-legs

There’s a new bipedal bear you should know about: Boo Boo.

Last month, Pedals, New Jersey’s famous upright bear, was killed on the first day of the state bow hunt.

While we mourned Pedals’ passing, a bear in Maryland just stepped onto the scene – on two legs.

Boo Boo the bear visits Brenda Douglas’s yard in Hancock, Maryland often. While Boo Boo is on all-fours quite a bit, the bear stands at attention when Douglas spots him, she told CBS News.

In September, Douglas snapped photos of Boo Boo standing on her porch.

Last month, she took a picture of Boo Boo eyeing up a trampoline. Maybe his next stunt?
