Cheesecake Factory’s take on Funfetti cake looks magical
The Cheesecake Factory is mixing up what looks like a birthday cake on steroids for National Cheesecake Day this year.
Prepare your Instagram feeds. (Dare I say it is more colorful than the late Starbucks Unicorn Frappuccino? RIP.)
The new Celebration Cheesecake debuts July 30 and features layers of original cheesecake, vanilla cake, strawberry, chocolate and vanilla mousse topped with cream cheese frosting. The fun part? There’s multi-colored confetti sprinkles baked in and sprinkled on top. Funfetti fans rejoice.
As if people need another reason to order the magical dessert, for every slice of Celebration Cheesecake sold through August, The Cheesecake Factory will donate 25 cents to Feeding America, the nation’s largest domestic hunger relief organization. The restaurant has donated more than $4.2 million to Feeding America through the sale of its specially designed cheesecakes since 2008, according to a release.
Confetti not your thing? Customers can celebrate the cheesecake holiday with one of more than 30 of the restaurant’s flavors. July 30 and 31, dine-in guests at any of the Cheesecake Factory’s 193 restaurants nationwide will receive half off any slice of cheesecake.
