Numbers drawn for the $306 million Mega Millions jackpot

MELBOURNE, Fla. — The winning numbers in Friday night's Mega Millions jackpot have been drawn.

The jackpot was up to $306 million, among the game's all-time highest totals.

The numbers drawn Friday night:

4-10-18-28-62 with a Megaball of 7

(and a Megaplier option at 2x).

It was not immediately know whether anyone had a winning ticket.

Players will get another chance to get rich Saturday night, when a $384 million Powerball jackpot is up for grabs. The odds of hitting the Powerball jackpot are one in 292.2 million. 

The biggest Mega Millions jackpot was $656 million. There have been eight jackpots worth at least $336 million.

The last time the Mega Millions jackpot was won: Oct. 13, when two winning ticket holders split a $42 million prize.

In August, an Illinois player won a $393 million jackpot.

The next drawing for Mega Millions is 11 p.m. Tuesday.

Mega Millions is played in 44 states plus the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
