4 early morning gun-related incidents prompt Wisconsin police investigation
APPLETON, Wis. — Police in Wisconsin responded to a series of gun-related incidents early Sunday morning.
In all, four gun-related incidents were reported to police in the early-morning hours, and they appeared to be related, Appleton, Wis., police said in a statement.
The first call at about 1:20 a.m., was for a man with a gun at Jack's Apple Pub. There were several people inside the locked bar when police arrived. They said a man threatened them with a gun before leaving in his vehicle, according to police. There were no shots fired, and no one was reported injured.
Then, about 2:15 a.m., officers were called to Grumpy's Pub for a report of a fight and shots fired outside. They found a vehicle with multiple bullet holes in the bar's parking lot in addition to shell casings. Witnesses told police that shots were fired in the parking lot shortly after a fight inside the bar.

About 3:15 a.m. police were sent to a residence for a domestic disturbance and found a vehicle there with a bullet hole in the windshield.
"Several people from earlier investigations were present at the residence," police said.
In the midst of these investigations, a caller reported finding shell casings in the road. Officers found "numerous" shell casings there.
Dominick Henning, 27, had been named in an initial statement by Appleton police as a person investigators were searching for, but by early afternoon police said they no longer believe he had been involved. He came to the Appleton Police Department after seeing his photo on social media, police said.
"He was cooperative with investigators," police said in an updated statement. "It is our belief that Henning was not involved in any of the disturbances currently being investigated by the Appleton Police Department."

Appleton police Sgt. Dave Lund told Paste BN NETWORK-Wisconsin via email that police were continuing to look for "several other people believed to have direct involvement in the incidents" and trying to find information on another person with the nickname Gotti. That also is Henning's nickname, police said.
Police did not release any other details of who they are looking for.
