PARKLAND — A partial rainbow peeked through the clouds over Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Monday morning.
It was a symbolic moment as staff returned to the school, almost two weeks after the Feb. 14 school shooting, which claimed the lives of 17 people - both students and teachers.
Teachers will spend Monday and Tuesday preparing for students who return to class on Wednesday, according to Broward County Public Schools.
