Doctors at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston detailed the injuries one of the Boston suspects sustained overnight. Dr Richard Wolfe said the suspect suffered multiple injuries that were likely a combination of blast and gunshot wounds. A manhunt for the remaining Boston Marathon b ombing suspects was underway across the city and its western suburbs early Friday. The Associated Press has identified the suspect as Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev, 19, of Cambridge, Mass.
