Man dies after fall at Braves game

A man died after falling approximately 65 feet from a stairwell at Turner Field Monday night to a concrete walkway leading to the Braves' players parking lot.

Southern celebrity chef Paula Deen's legal woes diminished yesterday, but is it too late to resurrect her once-flourishing career and empire? Deen herself issued an upbeat statement after a federal judge in Savannah, Ga., threw out claims of racial discrimination made against her in a lawsuit filed by a former employee, Lisa Jackson, who is white. But will it ever get built? Musk said that if all goes right, it could take seven to 10 years for the first passengers to make the journey between California's two biggest metro areas. He put the price tag at around $6 billion.

Mystery priest from Mo. car accident scene identified

The mystery priest who appeared at the scene of a critical accident last week in eastern Missouri involving a teen girl has been identified as Rev. Patrick Dowling, KDSK and other news agencies are reporting. The black-garbed priest's prayer seemed to change life-threatening events for the positive, but he did not appear in any of the nearly 70 photos of the scene of the accident in which the girl almost died. After the prayer, he vanished without a word, and his identity has remained a mystery until now.

ICYMI: BlackBerry weighs sale of itself

One of the most recognizable names in smartphones could be up for sale. BlackBerry will form a special committee to review "strategic alternatives" including a potential sale of the company, the latest blow to the troubled smartphone maker. In a statement, the committee also said it will weigh potential joint ventures and other partnerships in an effort to boost interest in its line of BlackBerry 10 devices.
