Witness: Gunman 'raised and aimed and fired' at Navy Yard building

Workers at the D.C. Navy Yard recall running out of Building 197 Monday morning as the fire alarm sounded. As they moved toward a stairwell, the gunman was visible down the hall, aimed at them and fired. Watch the video for two witnesses' accounts.
