In this raw footage from the body camera of a Utah police officer, watch officials rescue 18-month-old Lily Groesbeck, who survived 14 hours dangling above the icy waters of the Spanish Fork River after a car crash that killed her mother.
The baby can be seen in the video being attended to by paramedics after being pulled from the car. She was brought to the Salt Lake City hospital in critical condition, and has since made a "miracle" recovery and is out of the hospital, according to her father.
