CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A second suspect turned himself into police Thursday for three murders committed in Charlotte.

Police say David Lopez, 19, is charged with three counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of Jonathan Alvarado, Jusmar Isiah Gonzaga-Garcia and Mirjana Puhar in late February. Puhar was once a contestant on America's Next Top Model.

Emmanuel Rangel, also 19, already faces charges in the triple killing, in addition to another murder charge stemming from a shooting of two men in the parking lot of a Microtel Inn in Matthews. One of those two men later died.
