Cop caught lip syncing to Taylor Swift has encore

It was the lip sync saw 'round the world. Dover, Del., Officer Jeff Davis was seen on his dashboard camera lip syncing to Taylor Swift's Shake It Off. And now, he's back with an encore... and a buddy.

While it was first shared as a impromptu caught-on-camera moment, the video was staged, said Mark Hoffman, spokesman for Dover Police Department. "This was done in fun," he added. Hoffman said the production took about 15 minutes to tape.
