Watch: NYC mayor says explosion was a 'bombing'

An explosion in a crowded Manhattan neighborhood on Saturday night left 29 people injured and a suspicious device discovered blocks away from the scene was safely removed. Mayor Bill de Blasio called the blast an "intentional act," but said there was no terrorist connection.

Investigators remained active Sunday afternoon at the scene on 23rd Street and 7th avenue where the initial blast happened.
