SALINAS, Calif. – After Salinas resident Sylvia Dungan installed a doorbell that captured the faces of anyone who came to her door, she got an unusual surprise: A nighttime guest who spent a few minutes licking her intercom, and a few hours on her doorstep and in her yard.
Salinas police caught up with the man Monday evening, but he declined to discuss allegations that he'd been overly intimate with the intercom.
The case has been sent to the Monterey County District Attorney's Office, which will decide whether to file charges
