Mega Millions $168 million winning ticket sold in New Hampshire

One lucky ticket matching all six balls was sold in New Hampshire to win the estimated $168 million Mega Millions jackpot Tuesday night, according to the lottery website.

The winning numbers selected Tuesday, July 23 were 1 - 4 - 23 - 40 - 45 and Megaball: 11. Megaplier was 2x.

The New Hampshire winner could also choose the cash option of $108.5 million. It is the first time the Mega Millions jackpot was won in New Hampshire.

In addition to the grand prize being won, one ticket sold in California matched all five white balls to take home $1 million.

The Mega Millions jackpot, which has now been won five times in 2019, was last won in early June by a lottery player in California.

The Mega Millions jackpot now resets to $40 million for Friday night's drawing. The cash option will be $25.8 million.

Meanwhile, the Powerball jackpot will be $63 million for Wednesday night's drawing, according to the lottery website. The cash option will be an estimated $41.2 million.

The Powerball jackpot was last won in Hendersonville, Tennessee earlier this month.
