Twosday babies: Twins and 'miracle' babies born on 2/22/2022
Feb. 22, 2022, marked one of the rarest palindromes of the year and welcomed lucky "Twosday" twins and infants.
Catholic Health's Mercy Hospital in Long Island, New York, welcomed Logan Jowill Coreas Vasquez, who was born at the luckiest hour: 2:22 p.m. on 2/22/22. Logan weighed 7 pounds 14 ounces and was born at 39 weeks to parents Wendy Campos-Vasquez and Mercedes Manual Coreas, Alida Almonte-Giannini of Catholic Health said.
Almonte-Giannini said Logan's parents believed the 2/22 birthdate meant "they were in the right place at the right time and can’t wait to share this incredible story with their baby boy once he’s older."
Tuesday's date was unique enough that the National Weather Service reported a "Twosday" won't happen again for another 400 years, in 2422.

Fraternal twins Renee Warren and Nevaeh Warren were born at 9:20 a.m. and 9:22 a.m. ET, and each weighed about 4 pounds. The twins were born at 33 weeks, also at Mercy Hospital in Long Island, and were placed into the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
The twins were doing well, and their parents were excited to take their "two bundles of joy" home, Almonte-Giannini told Paste BN.
In Cincinnati, Simon Thomas joined the "Twosday” club at TriHealth Good Samaritan Hospital at 2:22 p.m., according to WLWT5.
Judah Grace was born to Aberli and Hank Spear at 2:22 a.m. at Cone Health Alamance Regional Medical Center in North Carolina. Aberli was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma in 2014, and the couple told Fox 5 New York they worried they couldn't have children.
"A miracle baby," Aberli said. "That's why we decided to choose the name Judah, because it means 'praise' – just praising God for giving us our heart's desires."
