Virginia Giuffre, one of Jeffrey Epstein’s accusers, said doctors have given her four days to live after she was struck in a car crash.

Giuffre posted a photo of her injured face on Instagram and explained in the caption that she had gone into kidney failure after a school bus crashed into her car at 110 km, or roughly 68 mph.

“When a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can,” Giuffre, an American who lives in Australia, wrote. “I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology.”

Dina von Mueffling, Giuffre's spokesperson, confirmed to Paste BN in a statement that Giuffre was in a "serious accident and is receiving medical care in the hospital."

"She greatly appreciates the support and well wishes people are sending," von Mueffling said.

Giuffre in 2015 accused Epstein of paying her when she was 17 years old to have sex with him, Prince Andrew, Harvard lawyer Alan Dershowitz and some of Epstein’s other friends. She alleged that Epstein’s associate Ghislaine Maxwell lured her into his circle.

She filed a sex abuse lawsuit against Andrew in 2021, alleging that she had been trafficked to the member of the British royal family by Epstein three times around 2001 when she was a teenager, and that Andrew knew at the time. Andrew settled the suit in 2022. He has vehemently denied the allegations.

Giuffre also filed a defamation lawsuit against Epstein’s associate Ghislaine Maxwell in 2015 after Maxwell called her allegations lies.

Several documents from the case were unsealed last year, after a multi-year fight by the Miami Herald to make the public.

Epstein was charged with sex trafficking in 2019 but died by suicide in federal custody before he was brought to trial. His associate Ghislaine Maxwell was sentenced in 2022 to 20 years in prison.

Giuffree lives in Perth, Australia. She is married and has three children.

“I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time, but you know what they say about wishes,” Giuffree said in the Instagram post.
