Live stream: President Trump delivers remarks at Chiefs of Police convention

President Trump travels to Orlando, Fla. to speak at the International Association of Chiefs of Police Convention on Monday at 1:35 p.m. ET.

President Trump is traveling with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who has come under fire after reports surfaced that Rosenstein had explored the idea of invoking the 25th Amendment last year, including floating the idea of wearing a wire to record President Trump during conversations.

The president is also taking a victory lap after getting his nominee, Brett Kavanaugh, confirmed as the newest Associate Justice of the Supreme Court on Saturday.  Kavanaugh was technically sworn in on Saturday, but will take part in a swearing in at the White House with President Trump on Monday evening.
