OnPolitics: Supreme court set to hear the case Biden's student loan forgiveness plan

This week, all 👀 are on the Supreme Court as the conservative majority is set to take on President Joe Biden's $400 billion student loan forgiveness plan tomorrow.
And the odds aren't looking too good for the president. As Supreme Court Correspondent John Fritze reports:
Biden's proposal, which would forgive up to $20,000 for some borrowers, is almost certain to be in for a rough ride before a court with a 6-3 conservative majority and an increasingly skeptical view of agencies acting without clear approval from Congress.
And the decision may have an impact far beyond student loans.
