Do I need to register to vote?

Yes, you’ll need to register to vote in Missouri. You can check your voter registration status here

How do I do that?

You can register to vote online, by printing and mailing a paper registration form or by going in-person to your county clerk’s office. 

What's the deadline?

Your registration must be submitted or postmarked by Oct. 9.

Can I vote by mail?

If you meet requirements including illness or disability, absence on Election Day or religious observance, you may be eligible to apply for an absentee ballot. You can apply by mail, email, or fax with this form or in-person at your local election authority. Your application must be received by 5 p.m. on Oct. 23. 

What's the latest date I can turn in my ballot?

Absentee ballots must be received by 7 p.m. on Election Day. 

Is there a way I can track my ballot?

Missouri doesn’t seem to have a system to track absentee ballots but you can get in touch with your local election office for more information. 

What if I need help getting to the polling site?

If you have a disability that will make it difficult for you to make it to the polls, you can request to vote at a different location or vote curbside outside the polling location or in your car. Get in touch with your local election office or see this page for more information.
