'The People's March' protests Trump's presidency ahead of inauguration
Thousands protested for women's rights, immigration, the environment and more ahead of Donald Trump's inauguration in Washington, D.C.
Protests against President Donald Trump's incoming administration took place on Monday in several cities across the U.S., including New York, Los Angeles and Boston, as well as in locations in Missouri and Ohio.
This is not the first time protests have been triggered due to Trump taking office. In 2017, over two million people marched in Washington, D.C., making it the largest single-day public demonstration in American history.
