Ten Democratic presidential candidates will gather Friday at Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa to discuss LGBTQ issues.
The LGBTQ Presidential Candidate's Forum, sponsored by One Iowa, The Advocate, The Gazette and GLAAD, will begin at 7 p.m. in the Sinclair Auditorium and will be hosted by Angelica Ross, a businesswoman, transgender activist and actress on FX's "American Horror Story" and "Pose."
The event is free, but attendees must register online. Doors open at 6:15 p.m.
The forum is part of a packed weekend where 18 Democratic presidential hopefuls are expected to attend at least one of four back-to-back cattle calls.
