Trump to hold 'victory rally' before Inauguration Day. Here's how to get tickets

Most new presidents have their parties after they are inaugurated. President-elect Donald Trump will hold a "victory rally" the day before he is sworn in, with potentially up to 20,000 close friends.
The rally was announced for Jan. 19, the day before Inauguration Day, at Capital One Arena in Washington. According to the sign-up sheet, the event will be a "victory rally you'll never forget!"
This will be Trump's first rally in D.C. since his speech on Jan. 6, 2021, before many of his supporters stormed the Capitol as Congress was in session to count the Electoral College votes formalizing President Joe Biden's 2020 win. It's also his second rally since he defeated Vice President Kamala Harris by a narrow margin in the 2024 election, after a December Arizona appearance.
