Marco Rubio does a football ad. Because, football.
It's the first weekend of the NFL playoffs (#HereWeGoSteelers), so Marco Rubio has produced a one-minute video of him tossing footballs and talking about his football memories.
Why? Who knows. Maybe you forgot that Rubio spent one year at Tarkio College in Missouri on a football scholarship. (Maybe you forgot there WAS a Tarkio College. It closed in 1992.). Maybe you forgot his wife is a former Miami Dolphins cheerleader. Maybe you've been paying too much attention to his boots and he'd like to change the subject
Or maybe it's a light-hearted response to the recent ad from a Super PAC supporting Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas that portrays Rubio as someone more consumed by filling out his fantasy football lineup than tending to world affairs.
It's a fun little video, but not as much fun as Rubio hitting a litlte kid in the head with a football.
Whatever the reason, here it is.
