Trump hits 'Lyin' Ted' and '1 for 38 Kasich'
Republican front-runner Donald Trump debuted a new nickname for Ohio Gov. John Kasich Monday after Kasich and Texas Sen. Ted Cruz announced they would work together to try and stop Trump from winning the Republican nomination.
So add “1 for 38 Kasich” to the political lexicon created by Trump this election, which includes “Lyin’ Ted,” “Crooked Hillary,” and of course, “Little Marco.”
Kasich’s name may not stick around long, though — even if the candidate is determined to stay in the race despite winning only one contest, his home state of Ohio.
With Tuesday's contests in Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island, will he become “1 for 43 Kasich?”
