Clinton goes after Trump's business record

Hillary Clinton's campaign is pursuing a classic political tactic in its latest attack on Donald Trump: Go after his perceived strength.

In this case, Trump's business acumen.

The Clinton team has produced a new web page — "The Art of The Steal" — that spotlights the Republican candidate's bankruptcies, debt management, and string of business failures that range from Trump steaks to Trump vodka to a Trump-backed mortgage company.

The Democratic campaign also released a video saying that "Donald's businesses have been good for him, but not for everybody else."

Clinton herself will underscore her economic argument in a speech Tuesday in Columbus, Ohio.

Much like in a recent speech in San Diego in which Clinton deemed Trump “temperamentally unfit” to lead the nation in foreign affairs, she’ll warn that Trump’s policies and leadership approach would pose a danger to American economic security, according to aides.

Trump and his supporters says his business experience is what the government and economy need.

"I'm a really good businessman," Trump has said at rallies.
