Paste BN launches Poll Tracker charting 2016 presidential race

Paste BN is launching its 2016 Poll Tracker, showing trends in national and state polls as the presidential race moves into the homestretch.

The tracker, powered by Real Clear Politics, provides both a snapshot of polling updated continually with every new survey and a timeline that tracks polls back to June 1. It shows that Donald Trump has consistently trailed Hillary Clinton except for the week after the Republican convention, but her lead has narrowed in recent days.

The interactive also tracks polls in contested states, and it displays data for Libertarian Gary Johnson and Green Party candidate Jill Stein where they are included in polls.
