No handshake to start the third debate
Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump did not shake hands to start the third presidential debate.

They did not.
At the Sept. 26 opening debate in Hempstead, N.Y., Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump did shake hands prior to the debate. However, nearly two weeks later in St. Louis, as tensions between the two camps reached a boiling point, the two nominees did not, though they did when the debate was over.
To the surprise of no one, tensions apparently haven't eased.
