How are the two campaigns closing? Compare Clinton's and Trump's final ads


Both candidates are out with their final pitches to voters. And like most things about Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, their final television ads couldn’t be more different.

Monday morning, Clinton released a 2-minute spot, which will air during NBC’s The Voice and CBS’ Kevin Can Wait to an audience that the campaign says will be roughly 20 million people. The campaign did not say how much it is spending on the ad.

The ad features Clinton speaking straight to camera.

Trump released his closing ad on Friday. His is also two minutes long and airs across the country, including during NFL, NCAA and NASCAR programming. The campaign says it put $4 million behind the ad.

The Anti-Defamation League lashed out at the spot for using what it said are “subjects that anti-Semites have used for ages." The Trump ad features Jews, including Janet Yellen and George Soros, as people who "control the levers of power in Washington," images of piles of money, and discussion of the global power structure, which has previously been criticized for parallels to anti-Semitic propaganda.

“Whether intentional or not,... (t)his needs to stop,” ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt said in a statement posted on the group’s Twitter.

The Trump campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment. The campaign told CBS News that “The ADL should focus on real anti-Semitism and hatred, and not try to find any where none exist.”

“I am offended and concerned that an institution such as the ADL would involve itself in partisan politics instead of focusing on its important mission,” Trump adviser Jason Greenblatt in a statement
