Trump's travel ban to remain on hold, appeals court rules
A federal appeals court unanimously refused to let President Trump reinstitute a temporary ban on travelers from seven majority-Muslim nations. Trump was quick to tweet a response.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals denied the Trump administration's appeal seeking to reinstate President Donald Trump’s ban on travelers from seven predominantly Muslim nations in a unanimous decision Thursday.
The three-judge panel rejected the Justice Department claim that the court lacked the authority to review the president's executive order.
