That time people were more interested in Donald Trump Jr. than President Trump

For a brief moment in time, Donald Trump Jr. overshadowed his father.

As the Washington Post noted, Google Trends showed that U.S. interest in Trump Jr. quickly started to rise around 11:04 a.m. Tuesday, four minutes after the younger Trump tweeted out a statement and the full email chain that led to his meeting with Natalia Veselnitskaya, the Russian lawyer with reported links to the Kremlin.

Interest in Trump Jr. peaked over President Trump at 11:20 a.m. and reached its pinnacle at 11:28 a.m.

A mere eight minutes later, at 11:36 a.m., curiousity in the younger Trump dwindled.
