Obama's day: The VFW and Jon Stewart

President Obama travels to Pittsburgh and New York City on Tuesday to speak with veterans, chat with outgoing talk show host Jon Stewart, and raise Democratic campaign money.
In the morning, Obama departs to Pittsburgh and the National Convention of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, where he will outline new rules against predatory lending to members of the military.
Health care at veterans' hospitals, the battle against the Islamic State in Iraq, and the Iran nuclear deal are also potential topics for Obama at the VFW.
The speech to veterans also comes less than a month after the mass shooting of four Marines and a sailor in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
After the VFW address, Obama travels to New York for a taping of The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. It will be the president's last appearance with Stewart, who is leaving the show early next month.
Obama caps the day in New York by headlining a fundraiser for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee.
The president returns to the White House late Tuesday night.
