Boy describes attack on Pakistani school
Aizaz Khan was doing schoolwork when Taliban gunmen stormed into his school and killed more than 120 people.
"Suddenly we heard firing and the teacher told us not to be afraid," Khan said.
The attack was at the army public school — a military-run facility in the northwestern city of Peshawar with students in grades 1-10. The gunmen entered the school and shot at random, said police officer Javed Khan. Army commandos quickly arrived at the scene and exchanged fire with the gunmen, he said.
Mushtaq Ghani, the province's information minister, said most of the dead were students, children and teenagers.
