Watch viral nun beatbox while her fellow sister busts a move on Catholic TV show

A Brazilian nun has gone viral and become a global sensation after dropping a beat on TV.

Sister Marizele Cassiano showcased her beatboxing skills on a Catholic TV show on May 23, according to Reuters and Storyful.

Right beside her was Sister Marisa Paula de Neves, who was executing b-boy-inspired moves, the outlets reported. Both were donning long powder blue skirts and white button-ups.

The high-energy duo reportedly made an appearance on the show to talk about their work, more specifically, a women's vocational retreat.

A pair of nuns surprised viewers with their unusual freestyling performance on Brazilian TV.

'Beautiful to see'

Soon after the beats and the dancing started flowing, one of the hosts joined in on the fun. In an interview with the Associated Press, Cassiano said she was shocked that the "spontaneous" moment went ultra-viral on social media.

"Beatboxing, dancing, and the songs itself, are tools that God uses to reach the hearts of the people we work with. And it works! It’s beautiful to see,” she told the outlet.
