1. NATO meeting comes as cracks in alliance's armor begin to show
Twenty-nine U.S. and European leaders will congregate on the outskirts of London on Tuesday and Wednesday for a NATO meeting, which has been downgraded from a full-blown summit to a "gathering" despite it falling during the alliance's 70th anniversary.
What to know now:
- The leaders, including President Donald Trump, will discuss a wide variety of strategic economic and security issues: threats from cyberspace, terrorism, Syria's eight-year-old civil war, China's growing military might, an assertive Russia, space warfare and more.
- This week's gathering in London comes amid heightened transatlantic frictions, as well as to act as a bulwark again nationalist militarism through a strong U.S. presence on the continent and by encouraging European political integration.

2. House panel to vote on report of Ukraine investigation
The House's impeachment investigation of President Donald Trump is set to take another step forward Tuesday, as the Intelligence Committee votes on a report of its findings after two weeks of open hearings.

- If approved, the report will be sent to the Judiciary Committee, which is expected to use it as the foundation of the case against Trump.
- The investigation has been examining claims that Trump tried to extract political favors from Ukraine in exchange for foreign aid.
- The Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing Wednesday as it considers whether to recommend articles of impeachment to the full House.

3. Travel Tuesday: Where are the deals?

4. Give back after that Black Friday, Cyber Monday spending spree
Move over Black Friday and Cyber Monday, now it's time to give back. Giving Tuesday is devoted to charitable causes, allowing people to focus on giving to others.
What to know now:
- The event was started in 2012 by a New York City nonprofit, 92nd Street Y, as part of a partnership with the United Nations Foundation.
- More than $400 million was raised online last year, and 3.6 million gifts have been donated. That's more than double the $180 million raised in 2016.
5. 'Halo: Reach' comes to PC and Xbox One as part of 'The Master Chief Collection'
The Master Chief Collection, enhanced versions of the popular Halo series of Xbox video game, is finally arriving on PCs.
What to know now:
- "Halo: Reach," a prequel to the original 2001 "Halo: Combat Evolved," a game that helped drive the success of the original Xbox console, will be released Tuesday for PCs and Xbox One.
- "Halo: Reach" will be the fifth game in the Halo series to be optimized for Xbox One and improved PCs with up to 4K Ultra HD video and support for high dynamic range (HDR) for improved contrast, colors and details.
- It can be purchased as part of "Halo: The Master Chief Collection" ($39.99) or individually for $9.99 on PCs or Xbox One.
