Your go-to guide for spring cleaning
Now that it’s March, I’ve been thinking a lot about spring cleaning, and this year, I’m taking it so seriously. I’m getting in and getting out quickly and efficiently, and these guides from Reviewed will take the place of the questions I Google every few minutes. It’ll be great, right?
Good cleaning supplies, like these microfiber cloths, don’t have to cost an arm and a leg to actually get the job done. Our editors swear by these scouring sticks, and a good shower cleaner shouldn’t cost you more than a latte. (Our best value pick from OxiClean is less than $5.) We also love cleaning solutions from Force of Nature, if you want to try something new. If you’ve got room in your budget and want to upgrade your vacuum cleaner, our labs have tested a ton of them, and this Shark is our top affordable pick.
We also made an actual, physical to-do list this year to help us stay on task. I’m starting in the room I’m dreading the most, my guest bathroom, and working my way around. Don’t forget to clean the little things, like your smart speakers. (Don’t worry, I didn’t know we’re supposed to clean those either.)
I recommend signing up for our month-long cleaning newsletter, if you really want to get down and not-dirty. Once you’re done, let’s get to gardening — here are our recs for some tools, if you’d like.
Enjoy your spring, friends.
