The Daily Money: The end of the pandemic health emergency and a $29 hot dog?!

Hi, it's Medora, and it's Thursday! We are officially over the hump. And guess what? The pandemic health emergency is officially over today, according to President Joe Biden! So, rip off your mask and go hug and kiss someone to celebrate!

Other than that, we're still talking about inflation. It seems grocery store prices eased last month, but somehow there's still a $29 hot dog in New York City. Critics say the hot dog is worth the price, but I think I'm pretty happy with my $1.50 Costco hot dog combo that includes a drink, with a refill.
