The Daily Money: Amazon Prime Day's finally here! What will you buy?

It's Medora, here, on not just any Tuesday morning.

How many of you were up bright and early to snag early first day Amazon Prime Day deals? I met a friend at 6 A.M., and she had already gone shopping! She bought a vacuum cleaner, a Garmin watch and something else I had never heard of. And she planned to go back for more after our run! Glad she was able to fit me into her busy shopping schedule!

I admit, it is pretty exciting - not just the bargains on Amazon but across many other retailers, including Best Buy, Macy's, Kohl's and Walmart.
