Frank Siragusa of Queens, New York, is seeking class-action status to include other disappointed Taco Bell customers.

The lawsuit includes multiple side-by-side photos comparing Taco Bell’s advertisements with what the food looks like IRL.

The “Mexican Pizza” he bought, Siragusa claims, had about “half of the beef and bean filling that he expected.”

The California-based company is only the latest fast-food company to be sued for smaller-than-expected portions. Last year, McDonald’s, Burger King and Wendy’s were all sued last year size of their cheeseburgers.
