Many parents still paying bills for grown kids

If you're still paying the expenses for your grown kids, you're not alone. Paste BN's personal finance content partner Blueprint polled parents of Gen Z and Millennials and found that 65% of moms and dads give their grown kids some type of financial assistance.

Groceries, followed by housing and the phone bill were the top three expenses being covered. The survey, which looked at states with at least 2 million residents, found parents in New Jersey, Washington and Virginia gave the most, while parents in Wisconsin, North Carolina and Pennsylvania were the least likely to foot the bills for their grown offspring.
