How are those New Year's resolutions going?


We’re a little over halfway through January, so it’s time to check in with yourself about those New Year’s resolutions. Your Jan. 1 self may have been a bit too enthusiastic when writing down your goals, leaving you with an impractical list of tasks. It’s all right if you need to cross some goals off your list so you can really focus on a handful—we’re being realistic and honest with ourselves in 2024, OK?
