Perks and Rec: These transitional styles are on sale

Where I live, we’ve reached the time of year where you need a jacket in the morning but you’re sweating by noon. Transitional dressing is not my forte, so I’m determined to fill some gaps in my cold-to-warm-to-cold wardrobe this year. A few things I’ve found in sale sections across the web: 

• Madewell has tons of basics on sale right now, from tees to slip skirts. These wide-leg, tailored pants went viral last year, and they're a great staple to style for warmer and colder days. 
• There are plenty of deals on spring styles at Anthropologie, including the brand’s uber-popular Somerset dress in bright, colorful patterns. 
• White sneakers are essential for winter-to-spring style. If you need a new pair, head over to Nordstrom. I’m eyeing these ones from Sam Edelman.
