Reviewed's guide to a good night's sleep

Ahh, Daylight Saving Time: the start of sunnier afternoons, warmer weather and… a messed-up sleep schedule. This stolen hour of sleep seems to have made me a grumpier person even through today. (Yes, this is a formal warning to everyone around me.) If you, like me, find yourself still getting up on the wrong side of the bed, this is for you.

Welcome, dear reader, to Sleep Week. This week is our excuse to transform the places and methods in which we sleep. From giving mattress recommendations to answering all those questions you keep forgetting to search (like if you should sleep in socks or nothing at all), we’re here to help you snooze better.

Lots of Reviewed-approved sleep essentials are on sale this week, including a whole bunch of mattresses. The best mattress we’ve ever tested is a whopping $400 off this week, and our favorite foam and hybrid mattresses are marked down, too. If you’d rather pick up new linens, we found our top sateen set for 20% off at Brooklinen. And for an upgraded sleep routine, try our favorite sleep mask and budget pick in weighted blankets—you’ll drift off on a warm, cozy cloud.

Have a question about your sleep routine? Our staff has been hard at work answering all the things you’ve wondered about, from co-sleeping with partners and pets to using a fan while you snooze. Keep scrolling for more answers, or find all of our sleep content right here

Sweet dreams,
