Should Biden be worried about donors?


Behind the speeches, campaign photo opportunities and crowds of supporters is one really important element of President Joe Biden's reelection campaign: donations.

Last week, Biden's reelection campaign celebrated the success of their celebrity-filled fundraiser in New York City to the tune of $26 million. But two prominent donors said they skipped the March 28 fundraiser held at Radio City Music Hall − which was headlined by former Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton − in protest of Israel's war in the Gaza Strip.

In an exclusive interview, one influential Democrat told Paste BN what their presence — or lack thereof — is saying to the Biden campaign amid the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
