Perks and Rec: The best Labor Day sales (so far)

Labor Day Weekend’s finally here, and so are the deals. We’re rolling in discounts over here, but only some are worth your time and money. Ready? Let’s shop. 

It’s a great time for a home refresh. We found a bunch of deals on furniture, mattresses and rugs. One particularly good sale happening is over at Blinds.com, where you can get half off blinds, shades and shutters. Don’t forget the Halloween decor—there’s a whole bunch on sale over at Lowe’s. 

We’re also shopping great discounts on tech this weekend, from our favorite noise-canceling headphones to the new iPad Air that our writer called the “Goldilocks of the iPad lineup.” If you need a new TV for football games or scary movie marathons, we found this Frame TV for $500 off, as well as discounts on the streaming services you’ll want to access all your favorite shows and movies.
