It's that time of year when millions of seniors or loved ones helping the seniors in their lives need to review and re-enroll in Medicare plans.
Medicare's annual enrollment began on Oct. 15 and goes through Dec. 7.

Take a vacation day and save money
Many of us have a long list of things we'd like to do when we take a vacation day. Is going through your bills and cutting costs one of them?
As unappealing as that may sound, taking several hours to review your bills and look for duplicate services or subscriptions you no longer use can save you money.
Companies are asking employees to do more
Many businesses are grappling with high costs and flat or falling sales as the economy cools. That also means they're pulling back on hiring and training existing staffers to handle new tasks as coworkers quit or are let go.
Some of those duties aren't on their job description.
