A photo captures NBA history and a $100K reception: Our favorite sports stories of the week
History was made last week when Becky Hammon, an assistant coach with the San Antonio Spurs, became the first woman to coach an NBA team following the ejection of head coach Gregg Popovich. On hand to capture the historic moment was Spurs team photographer Logan Riely, whose picture was shared by Vice President-elect Kamala Harris among many, many others.
