Week 10's best and brightest
About last night: Raiders 26, Chargers 24 -- In what will most likely be the last prime-time game at the Oakland Coliseum, the Raiders prevailed in the Relocation Bowl on Josh Jacobs' winning touchdown run with a minute remaining.
Quick look at Week 10:
- Game of the Week: Seattle Seahawks at San Francisco 49ers -- Football fans saw one unbeaten team fall on prime-time TV, will the league's lone remaining undefeated team follow?
- Sneaky-Good Game of the Week: Miami Dolphins at Indianapolis Colts -- Don't laugh! The Dolphins are riding a wave of momentum after earning their first win. The Colts are reeling after a tough loss in Pittsburgh and need to win to keep pace in the AFC South.
- Sunday Ticket Game of the Week: Buffalo Bills at Cleveland Browns -- Browns schadenfreude might continue Sunday, as the surprising Bills roll into the Factory of Sadness.
- Survivor Pool Game of the Week: Atlanta Falcons at New Orleans Saints -- Drew Brees and the Saints are healthy, and enter this division showdown as nearly a two touchdown favorite. Full disclosure: The previous picks have been been the Ravens (Week 1), Texans (Week 2), Vikings (Week 3), Chargers (Week 4), Eagles (Week 5),
Cowboys(Week 6), 49ers (Week 7), Seahawks (Week 8) andPackers(Week 9 ... blech!). - Dud of the Week: New York Giants at New York Jets -- If you're rooting for positioning in the 2020 NFL draft, this is your game!

- Which player is most overlooked top performer? Not every NFL standout can get the Russell Wilson or Lamar Jackson treatment. These players deserve more attention.
- Ex-GM: I was wrong to say Lamar Jackson should be WR: A year and a half after suggesting the Ravens QB should play WR in the NFL, Hall of Fame GM Bill Polian is admitting he was wrong.
- Los Angeles will never be a home to Chargers: There were rumblings this week that the Chargers were exploring a move to London. The Chargers were always an awful fit for Los Angeles, writes Nancy Armour.
- One and done? Adam Gase of the Jets and Freddie Kitchens of the Browns are only halfway through their first season, but they could already be on thin ice, writes Mike Jones.
- Giants coach's tenure could be at critical point: Pat Shurmur could be entering a critical juncture of his Giants career, as the coach has yet to establish positive momentum in New York, writes Art Stapleton.
- Historic defense? Patriots seeing ghosts now: There was a lot of talk about Patriots' defense being potentially historic. The Ravens' offensive performance proved that notion needed some context, writes Jarrett Bell.
- Cam Newton's career could be at a crossroads: The Panthers will have to decide whether to bring back Newton in 2020. If they don't, things could get dicey for the former MVP, writes Nate Davis.
- Coach to Dak: Be like Barry Bonds: Dak Prescott's interception on his first play Monday night was a direct violation of what Cowboys QBs coach Jon Kitna calls the Barry Bonds mindset, writes Jori Epstein.
- Trent Williams ruled out for rest of 2019: Just days after ending his holdout, the seven-time Pro Bowl left tackle was placed on the reserve/non-football injury list by the Redskins.
- Black cat from Cowboys-Giants game still missing: The black cat that ran across the MetLife Stadium field and into our hearts during the Giants' loss against the Cowboys is still on the loose.
- Playoff droughts: Despite a salary cap that is built to ensure parity, not every team has had the success of others.
- Power rankings: See how each team stands entering Week 10. There is a new No. 1 after the Patriots' loss Sunday night.
