While another woman has filed a lawsuit against Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson – becoming the 23rd civil case to accuse him of sexual misconduct during massage sessions in 2020 – a Houston spa owner recently testified that Watson gave her $5,000 and the reason for it was simply because "he’s a nice person."
Meanwhile, the lead counsel for Watson said the NFL is done interviewing his client after four days of grilling him.
As news about Watson continues to swirl, his attorney – Rusty Hardin – agreed to address a number of questions about these cases in an interview recently with Paste BN Sports, including why Watson brought non-disclosure agreements for women to sign at massage sessions and why he paid that $5,000 to the owner of a massage spa in Houston.
