Scary moment in Thursday night's game. Plus, expert NFL Week 4 predictions, fantasy advice.
Welcome to Week 4, and there's concern over the health of Tua Tagovailoa after the Dolphins quarterback had a scary injury Thursday night.
About last night: Cincinnati Bengals 27, Miami Dolphins 15 – The Bengals have overcome an 0-2 start to the season by winning consecutive games, but the focus from this "Thursday Night Football" game will be on the health of Tagovailoa, who left the game with head and neck injuries.

Game of the week: Kansas City Chiefs at Tampa Bay Buccaneers – The Buccaneers announced that Sunday night's game will remain in Tampa in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian. That means the Chiefs will return to Raymond James Stadium, the site of the Bucs' triumph in Super Bowl 55. Both teams are coming off Week 3 defeats; the Bucs fell at home against the Packers, the Chiefs were upset by the Colts. The dual between arguably the top quarterbacks of their respective generations – Tom Brady and Patrick Mahomes – is enough incentive to tune in.
Super Bowl 57 previewโ: Jacksonville Jaguars at Philadelphia Eagles – New Jaguars coach Doug Pederson has Jacksonville off to a rousing start, and now the former Eagles coach makes his return to Philadelphia, which he led to Super Bowl glory during the 2017 season. The Eagles, meanwhile, are the NFL's last remaining undefeated team and have vaulted to the top of Paste BN Sports' power rankings.
This one could have huge playoff implications come January: Buffalo Bills at Baltimore Ravens – Two MVP candidates – Bills QB Josh Allen and Ravens QB Lamar Jackson – lead offenses ranked in the top four in the NFL – Bills No. 2, Ravens No. 4 – in a pivotal early season showdown between expected AFC contenders.
To the surprise of many, the winner of this game will be 3-1 ๐ฒ: Chicago Bears at New York Giants – The Bears and Giants have been two of the biggest early season revelations, but both teams aren't without faults. The Bears rank last in the league in total offense; the Giants have allowed 13 sacks of quarterback Daniel Jones.
